Seri Temin Development Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd (STDC) was incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 on 15 March 1979, as a Limited company with authorized share capital of RM 5,000,000.00 and paid up capital of RM 2,000,000.00.
The company is also registered with CIDB Malaysia and have certificate of PKK class : A. The company is wholly-owned by Malaysian Bumiputera shareholders.
It was formed as a growth strategy (Kedah Gemilang) to help the main bodies (SEDC) to increase financial stability as well as human resources and help the Government as a whole.
The company is very much focus on development, construction area and building maintenance, specializes as general and civil work contractor and also in project management.
